On July 4, 2015, Autism Partnership (AP) organized a customized training workshop for Po Leung Kuk Child Care Services. Raymond Fung, Behavior Consultant of AP, gave a talk called “Managing Undesirable Behaviors in Classroom” to about 60 staff of Po Leung Kuk Child Care Services, including teachers, speech therapists, and Special Education Needs (SEN) teachers with an objective to address the challenge in handling undesirable behaviors of students in the classroom.
At the workshop, Raymond shared some of the effective and practical strategies as well as case examples on how to adopt Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) model in the school settings. Many participants found the presentation and case studies very insightful and useful.
