Responsibilities

Teaching children with autism is a very unique profession and it requires patience, enthusiasm and commitment.  Autism Partnership hires high caliber and energetic individuals to join us as Behavioral Therapists to implement 1:1 and group treatment programs.

Who are we looking for

Behavior Therapists will implement home and center-based treatment programs, observe and record children’s behaviors, monitor student progress, participate in clinic and team meetings, and receive pre-service and ongoing training from Program Supervisors and Consultants.  We are looking for people with:

  • Enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and commitment
  • A creative thinker with strong critical thinking skills and problem solving skills
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
  • Enjoy working with children
